If you require remote support, please do the following:

1. Call the Astro dispatch line at 1-866-539-9645
2. If requested by Astro support, click on the "Click Here for Remote Support" button below to either download or launch TeamViewer to allow for remote access.
3. Follow the prompts to install TeamViewer.
