COR-Certified & Compliant

Our COR certification reflects the strength of our internal safety program and our commitment to meeting and exceeding Alberta OH&S standards. All Astro field technicians hold required oilfield safety certificates, ensuring readiness and compliance across every customer site.

Training & Competency

At Astro, safety training starts on day one. Through our internal technician mentorship program, senior staff directly guide new hires, ensuring every technician is trained, assessed, and equipped to perform safely and confidently in the field. This hands-on approach builds a skilled and safety-focused workforce.

Participation & Accountability

Our monthly safety meetings bring together staff from the field, shop, and office to share updates, address hazards, and reinforce a safety-first mindset. We also actively participate in our customers’ annual safety meetings and invest in continuous training throughout the year to keep safety practices current and consistent.
